Cancellation of purchase

Dear customers, "Frutinada" EOOD guarantees the quality of all its products. However, if they do not meet your requirements, you have the right to cancel one or more items in your order within 14 days of receiving it by sending the products to us at your expense, together with the purchase cancellation form, to from which they were sent. Please keep the following in mind:

When returning products, they must be accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt, courier dispatch note or invoice) and the purchase cancellation form (printed and completed - available below), unused and in the original packaging intact .

Please take good care of the products while they are with you and when you return them to avoid damage or loss in transit.

Don't forget to keep the receipt from the courier company as proof that the package has been sent. Otherwise, the risk of loss of the products before they reach us is yours.

For reasons of hygiene, bed linen, blankets, pillows, blankets, pillow and mattress protectors, towels and bathrobes used for more than 14 days cannot be returned, unless the customer has the right to return them, i.e. presents a defect confirmed by us.

Custom items cannot be returned or exchanged. Custom orders include all items made according to the dimensions and specifications provided by the customer. Each custom order is confirmed with a minimum 50% deposit, which is non-refundable in case of cancellation.

The refund for the refused item(s) is made in the form of the original payment method, i.e. if the customer paid by debit card, the amount is refunded by a credit transaction on the same card, within 10 working days of receiving the returned product . In the case of cash on delivery or bank transfer, the amount for the returned item(s) is refunded by bank transfer to an account indicated by the customer. Shipping cost is non-refundable.

We do not refund the amount for items returned after the 14th day of receipt or that are damaged due to the customer's fault. If such item(s) are returned, they are sent back to the customer at the customer's expense.

The exchange procedure is the same as the purchase cancellation procedure.

The purchase cancellation policy does not affect the consumer's rights in cases of defective/damaged products.

Complaint

The complaint relates to defective or damaged products. Upon receipt of the order, the customer has the responsibility to check the product, and in the event of a defect or visible damage, to inform us by following the steps below.

Do not leave products unchecked and unwrapped. Any visible defects/damages must be reported to us within a reasonable time after receiving the product (up to 3 days). Out of concern for its customers, "Frutinada" EOOD also accepts complaints about consumer goods, reported up to 14 days after finding the defect/damage. Products that have been used or damaged as a result of use by the customer are not accepted for complaint. The process for making a complaint is the same as for returning products (please see the steps above).

The consumer has the right, within a period of 14 days, to withdraw unconditionally from a distance contract or from a contract outside the commercial space, without incurring costs other than those of delivery, if he has chosen a method different from the standard and cheapest one offered by the merchant, as well as the costs of returning the product.

The 14-day period starts from the date:

- conclusion of the contract - in the case of contracts for services;
- receiving the products by the consumer or by a third party, other than the carrier.

Within 14 days of expressing the desire to withdraw from the contract, the consumer must return the product to the trader. Within 14 days from the date on which he was informed about the consumer's decision to withdraw from the contract, the trader returns all sums received from the consumer.
